When I made this I first cut out the Snowy Starry Backdrop and glued it to a piece of white paper, and then cut them with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle. Then I cut out the hillside and attached it to the backdrop for the floor. Then I took just the die for the claw machine and cut out that shape from the whole background piece at once. My die cut machine cut through all those layers pretty cleanly and then I think I needed to pull a few spots at the end, but it worked.
After I stamped the claw machine, I cut out the top with Slide On Over. Then I colored and cut it out as normal. I then was able to inlay the stamped image of the claw machine into that cut out shape and have it be flush with the background. I like doing it this way because then I can put foam tape over the whole background to prop it up for the slider mechanism, instead of cutting tiny pieces just around the machine piece.
I cut several small circles from red cardstock for the slider piece so that it would blend into the background and it worked very well!
