I first made this type of design back in the winter for a Christmas card, but I finally used it for a birthday card. I usually prefer to recreate someone else’s design rather than make my own from scratch because in the cases like this where it is me, it takes me LITERALLY FOREVER to choose the coordinating colors. For some reason with multiple layers or frames I always get stuck trying to figure out what goes together, even when I try to stay within the same paper pack. So I may not be doing this again anytime soon, haha!
