Birthday Scoops Card Recreation

This was another card recreation of an old design by Chari from the Lawn Fawn Design Team. It’s a great card for when you want to make something quick but still adorable. I only have a very limited supply of 12×12 papers from this Let’s Polka Mon Amie set since it’s retired but I decided I could spare some for this. 🙂
