This was a little trickier than I thought it would be. To have everything floating, I used only acetate, and that meant that all the pieces wanted to stay bent when I folded up the card. I had to keep folding them and messing with them to get them to lay correctly.
If I made this again I would probably use the scalloped box card pop-up instead, and have some clouds at the bottom that I could attach the acetate to in order to make everything float. I think that would make things more stable.
