I mentioned in a previous post how I recently gave a bunch of old Australian currency to a friend who was traveling there. Along with those coins I also had some others leftover from long ago trips to England, France, Switzerland, and Turkey. (I think those are the correct countries; for some of the coins it was hard to tell even after trying to look it up online.) So I decided to send my niece and nephews the rest of the coins with a “global” themed card. I think it might be fun for them to see money from other parts of the world. 🙂
