This design was inspired by Chari. I made 4 of these cards this year and it definitely took some patience die cutting and attaching all those little bulb pieces! But with the glossy accents on them it looks so good. I love how bright and festive it is!
In hindsight I should have cut the strings out of white so that the back of each light bulb would already have the white showing through it and I wouldn’t have had to spend time cutting out and attaching all those extra white bulbs. And then it would have been super fast and easy to just color the strings black with a marker. I can’t believe this didn’t occur to me until right now looking back at these pictures…. Oh well, next time! 😄
